Turnkey Workshop Design

Waste Lubricant Management

Enhance the workshop efficiency with appropriate supporting service equipment to properly handle waste lubricants. Waste Oil Drainers can effectively collect waste oil from vehicles during service procedures and Waste Oil Evacuation Stations located appropriately within the shop can empty drainers easily once they are full and send waste oil to a designated waste oil tank located away from the productive areas keeping things neat and efficient.

Compressed Air Systems

We size appropriate air compressors to suit each workshop layout. Depending on size and budget we spec either screw or piston models paired with suitable drying and filtration to ensure longevity and reliability of all workshop equipment that are pneumatically dependant

Test Lane

To make sure all vehicles are fully roadworthy, we recommend considering a test lane to properly examine the condition of vital components of the vehicle such as suspension, shock absorbers, alignment and brakes. Having a full test lane could increase productivity by minimising the need for road testing of vehicles.

Body & Paint System

We have the experience and know-how to design a space optimised for vehicle bodywork repair. Supplying all major B&P equipment such as Spray Booths, Preparation Bays and Straightening Benches along with all integral supporting equipment such as Infrared Curing Lamps, Spot Welders and Intelligent Measuring Systems, we are sure to be able to assist in maximising profitability

Baylight Systems

Enhanced lighting system that uses hi-lumen LEDs. The system surrounds each workbay eliminating all shadows allowing for maximum visibility within the bay for increased productivity

Tyre Servicing Equipment

Providing all levels of tyre changing, wheel balancing and wheel alignment equipment to satisfy workshop preferences and requirements
